Did not get half of my order. Deodorant stick Deodorant spray Hand Cream All missing nor have I got a refund for items I didn't receive. No replies to any emails I have sent.

Disgusting service. Ordered 2 sets and received one. AI assistant told me to double check box for 2nd item!!!! Made contact, numerous times, with customer service and no response received. Do NOT use this company. I’ve since heard they have dreadful reviews. I paid for 2 sets and only received 1. No refund received - company just kept my money. I had to order the 2nd set from Amazon as there are gifts for twin sons. Appalling service from start to finish from this company. Trouble is, people will still buy their products and so they don’t care. They are ‘laughing all the way to the bank’. Dreadful.

Very quick delivery, wasn't sure items would come has I had no email

I ordered a number of items on 27th November. According to the tracking those items never left the warehouse. On 18th December I am still emailing Bulldog to ask where they are and hearing nothing. This seems to be the only way to contact them. Would like my money back please.
