As a first-time buyer, I found everything I needed to make an intelligent decision. if I were to add anything to the process, I would like an instruction document on how to use it (everything from making it an aqueous solution to how much to take each dose. Maybe it was there and I missed it. Either way, I now look forward to seeing if the product works.

I emailed support multiple times without a response. I believe I received a defective peptide (CJC-1295). I reconstituted it using 3mL bac water and the solution is very viscous and there are large chunks that have not gone into solution. I added . 4mL DMSO, and it has still not dissolved and unfortunately the vial is too small to add additional bac solution. I haven’t had this issue with any of the other vials. Is it possible to send another, this time in a larger vial in case more solution is required? Thank you, Jordan 650-353-4424

Too soon to tell. Efficacy was marginal with 1mg trial. Need further testing with increased dosages. Good customer service until the product was received. My order also included 10ml of bacteriostatic water but only received 3ml. I reported it and tried following up, but no response. Phone calls go to VM.
