Great costumer service.
We haven't used the board yet, but I can't say enough about the customer service I received. I ordered the 11' board for my husband and then read about the sizes for a tall man. I reached out and asked for advice. The customer service rep provided me great information (without trying to "sell" me) which allowed me to make an educated decision. I decided to upgrade to the 12' board and the service rep made it very easy for me by working with FedEx to get the 11' board returned and upgrading my order to the 12' board. Kim was educational, professional and very responsive. We're looking forward to taking the board out this weekend!

I haven’t had the chance to use my new Atoll inflatable SUP yet, but I can already tell I’m going to love it. The entire experience so far has been amazing. Their customer service went above and beyond — incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. Shipping was fast, and everything arrived in great condition. I’m super pumped to get it out on the water and put it to the test! Highly recommend based on the stellar service alone!
Poor shipping methods.
Quick response and shipping!
I purchased this tank top 9/1 and was sent a shipping confirmation email. Website said it would be here in a few days. At the end of the week I emailed them wondering why it hadn't shipped. Mind you, its only coming 100 miles from their warehouse to me. They responded a few days later telling me what I order had sold out, they would be getting new items next week and I should get it the following week. I don't know how they sold out if I was able to buy it in stock, but ok. The week has now come and gone, its 9/20 now and the shipping labor from 20 days ago shows it hasn't moved. Not email about it being delayed, a again. However, I did get this automatic survey response email I am trying right now to review my new items I still haven't received. What can I say, they retail/warehouse needs a lot of help. I love my two Atoll boards, great email from customer service, but 20 days to get a shirt 100 miles down the road is pretty terrible. Even this survey was weird. It was all in an email, when I tried to submit it, it took me to a completely different website and none of what I wrote transferred over. Yikes
I just love this tank. It’s comfy, it’s mega cute, and it makes me want to hit the water!

Overall board is good. My only complaint is that the paddle handle got loose and I lost my handle. There's no way to buy just the paddle handle and my only other option is to buy a whole new paddle. A bit disappointing since I've had this board for less than a year and for how much I paid for it.

Perfect in every sense. I have two of these, one of them has the seat 'Kayak' attachment. Boards are easy to use, light, strong, versatile, and good looking.

Ordered fin replacement weeks ago. . . still no product has been delivered. I guess that is $29. 99 down the drain! Thanks for nothing Atoll Boards!!!!!!
