Everything seemed fine, everything from ordering, to shipping and delivery was to expectations.

These are the most comfortable underwear I have ever worn. It's true that you feel like you aren't wearing any underwear they are so comfortable. I have purchased about a dozen pairs and will most likely purchase more in the future.

On this initial order, communication as lagging and order fulfillment was subpar.

I was able to work with Axl to deal with a back order on the bone color of the Aspire sports brief and two substitute green and black such that my order could be fulfilled. I would have preferred to have the additional color, but I understand the situation of a popular color being on backorder.
