Melt pain away is great. I have had spasms and leg cramps due to many back surgeries. I put this on my back and down my leg and I sleep through the night. Fantastic

Both arthritis creams(daytime and nightime with melatonin)take off the edge of pain. Expensive over a lifetime but it works better than many other products
