Five star watch two start customer service. Great-looking field watch and build quality. The watch alone is five stars but the customer service experience to get the watch shipped was very disappointing. I had preordered this watch in January with updates from the team to hav them shipped at the end of April. After multiple email attempts with no response with any updates I was forced to threaten to dispute the charge with my cc company. Only then was the order shipped. I still have not received a response in writing about my inquires just a shipping confirmation email. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.

I bought two of these watches and gave one to my best friend. We both like the way they look and enjoy how they sit on our wrists. The quality is exceptional especially at this price point. I am very happy I bought the watches and will enjoy wearing mine daily.

I have a collection that has everything from Rolex and Omega watches to micro brands, and the Fortitude Pro is one of the best value for money watches in my collection. The class leading (in my option) bracelet and Miyota movement are really nice features and make the watch a great every day piece, or something fun when I want a pop of color. I doubt this will be my last Astor+Banks watch.
