I am extremely dissatisfied. I placed an order on July 7th, and it is now July 19th and my order has still not shipped! I have received no information explaining why there is such a long delay, and there is no email or customer service contact information. I paid $90 for a custom lock for a door in my house that was build in the 50s, I need that lock for a storm door so that my family is safe.

I didn't think I could find the lockset, it was such an old door. But I finally come across "ASK" got the locks, they come neatly packaged all the parts well wrapped. I forgot to inform them that one of the doors hinges was on the right instead of the left. I was informed that the latching parts was reversible, instructions came in the package. There even a short clip to walk you through it, and it's easy. It was a very good deal, I think, in buying those locks.

I couldn't find the part anywhere and thankfully Google brought me here. It was reasonably priced and arrived very quickly!

I ordered a pretty high end lock and it came with a bit of damage. The rep was very easy to deal with and sent a replacement at no charge. Overall it was a smooth transaction. The lock itself was a nightmare to install but that is because I was dealing with a door that had holes drilled previously by someone with crooked hands. After a lot of hassle, once everything was installed, the mechanism itself is flawless. Great lock!

Order my Marks lock set knobs at about 5:15pm on Friday, approximately 3o min later it was processed and shipped. Received in mail Saturday afternoon. What speed and excellent condition.

I was soooo happy that I found these locks. My door knob broke on my security door and I was having a hard time finding a replacement. I was told I was going to have to purchase another storm door because the security storm door companies do not replace the hardware. But my search lead me to ASK Locksmith, Inc.
