Overall no real complaints although shipping was quite slow. Thankfully I wasn’t in a rush and it was ultimately worth the wait. Replied quickly when I chased up status of order.

It took longer to arrive than I expected, so I would order extra-early next time.

Delivery was promised 7 to 10 working days and it took nearly 3 weeks. The images on the T shirts were dull unlike the pictures on the website. We ordered a pink and a blue t. shirt and received a red and a blue t. shirt. On the website it looked like the Clothes originated from Brighton but in fact they came from Bangladesh which is obviously why they took so long to arrive. Not great quality images - looks like they will fade after a few washes.

I have bought from Artsy before, and received my order quickly. Ordering is an easy process. However, this time the order took a very long time to arrive - nearly four weeks. As it was for a birthday present, I was disappointed that it arrived so late. I had no email from Artsy so had to contact them twice myself to ask for an explanation.

Always received well packaged, you do have to remember that these are normally made to order so to allow a little extra time if you are buying to give as a present. You are kept informed when it has been dispatched and delivered.

Nice enough tee, but the print isn't as large, or as vibrant, as the pic on the website. Also the tee fabric isn't to the same standard as usual. Bit disappointed but it's an OK item.
