The product is great; please don't change that. There are very few products on the market that have only a couple of ingredients and are healthy and good. The fulfillment communication is less and that is a downgrade. The old Artisan Tropic Website was ok. The new Reelie website navigation, while different, is not better than the old website. Maybe a tad worse. The new name does not resonate, at least with me. Artisan Tropic was a better name in my view. Call it what you want, but keep the product the same.

Delivery time was fast and packed well. Already loved the sea salt and this order tried sweet and cassava. Not a fan of the sweet myself(think fortune cookie with a citrus aftertaste) but my kids enjoy them. Cassava is enjoyabke to all of us.

I have subscribe and save, so I wish the shipping cost was less or even free.

My favorite size of bag is the 20oz! Bring it back!! We are big fans of plantain chips, i grew up eating plantain chips back in Venezuela and this are the best plantain chips in the States!! We love our subscription to Artisan Tropic!

Love your Cassava Chips! Getting harder to find at local grocery stores, especially the Sharing Size. Had a good experience ordering on line. Like the recurring sales. A win for me! Takes a while to get them but well worth it to wait about a week. Perfectly crunchy and lightly salted. 😋 Yum!

Well-packaged; package seems to have gotten hung up for a while at FedEx facilities, so package arrived after I needed it the most; not sure if I got bad batches of crackers and plaintain chips, but they were overcooked/some burnt; plantain chips had a short expiration date, and the bags are huge!
