I ordered 2 prints from this website - unfortunately both the frames were a little scratched. I emailed the customer service team and let them know, asking for a refund for the frames. I was astounded at the customer service I received. The team replied to my email immediately and refunded me straight away. I felt the team went above and beyond - their communications were highly apologetic and understanding. Although there was an issue, they dealt with it professionally and with empathy - i will be buying from them again.

I order two framed prints. There was a minor problem with the hardware on one of the frames, but Arthaus was able to replace it. The prints are beautiful and thanks to the frames, ready to hang!
