I purchased a monte marte tilting easel. When it arrived a part was damaged which I was surprised at because it was well packaged with each piece in it's individual sleeve...looked like it had been damaged before being put into sleeve. I tried to get the issue sorted with the online company I purchased through 'catch' ( - word of warning, 'Catch' are not helpful post purchase) Art shed online replaced the damaged part promptly when I contacted via email. The customer service of Art shed online is excellent and in the future I will go directly through them for my purchases.

Customer service is is very helpful I’m in the UK and ordered art supplies to be delivered in Australia sadly the parcel went missing through no fault of Art Shed I contacted customer service and they found out what had happened and solved the problem. They were very kind and kept me informed of what was happening great customer service keep up the good work.
