I was skeptical in the beginning to buy a silk saree online. This saree is as much good as a regular walk in purchase! Genuine silk material as I burned and checked the threads.

We were planning for a while to shop in ARRS silks, but never got a chance. Finally we decided to go for that on 24th Aug 2019 using google maps. Worried about parking but to our surprise, once we reached we learnt that we have parking facility in their building. We have spent few hours in shopping there. Once all payments are made we came to the delivery section in the Ground floor. And once we received all items that we have purchased, we were told by one gentleman (I guess the Manager, sorry if I am wrong :) ) that we have a surprise gift for the kids. And he told that kids will love it. And he asked us to pose for a family photo. Once that is done, he asked us to wait for 10 minutes. And since we had to do some alterations on the merchandise we bought, we told that we will be back in 10 minutes after making the stitching which is in the basement of their building. Once we were back, to our extreme surprise he gave a beautiful pillow with our family photo on that. And not just that. He also gifted a flask with family photo on that as well. We never had received such gifts in our experience in shopping. And I can say that they watch customers and trying their best to compliment that. That is so nice of them. And the staff in every section are down to earth people who take ultimate care to direct/satisfy the customers. A fantastic experience for my family and my kids loved that. I appreciate that !
