My difficulty with AA is that I don't feel I can ever use all the thousands of points I've got because I can only use a tiny amount - and then get loads of new points. I get cross when I'm offered extra points when I can't use them. This actually puts me off using AA quite often, although their service is always excellent and the products are good. A pity really.

Love the shop! I would buy everything except “essential oils” as they are synthetic mostly, because ingredients are “fragrance” and not pure essential oils only.
