A bit disappointed on Customer Service, as much as I love the products and have been a consistent customer they are failing on their return policy. I need to make a return and there's no one to return any of my emails or contacts from support link there's absolutely no easy way of making a return. I have repurchased the items to replace what I'm trying to return so they are not losing any $$ . . . . Frustrated!
