I appreciate the fast processing , and shipping . Very well boxed and sealed carefully . I like the food choices . Recently there are a number of out of stock flavours and brands , is there a supply chain difficulty ?

So far it has been terrible. I placed an order and signed up for a subscription. Sept 4 and have not received my order. I emailed for information and reply was to be received 3 business days. Never happened. Found phone number on FB left a message with no reply. Only recieved a call back on the third call stating they recieved a missed call from my number. Did not know of my messages. Have been told the shipme t is now due in another week. So far terrible service!

Fantastic service, love that I get email notifications when about to be delivered, it allows you to edit your delivery ( i do automatic / recurring ) . Then you can track your delivery, and the phone and ring your door bell , not just leave it and walk away! Plus my picky cats love the Kit Cat - purr Purees - hairball sachets! And when i get my box , two samples of foods are in it too!
