Fast service!

I ordered a box of KN95 masks adult size and received kids size. Tried to call but got a voice mail saying that they were very busy and to text the problem. I left a message for them to call me back but as of today i did not receive a call. This is no way to do business. I am very disappointed. I would like to know how to send the kids mask back and receive the adult size. I have delt with other companies and this has never happened before I believe in buying American made products but this was unacceptable. First of all I would say it is not your companies fault. I made a mistake on the shipping address and have never received my mask. The PO sent the back to you and I don't have a mask now. Thanks anyway we tried.

Comfortable fit. I am willing to pay more than what I might on Amazon because this product is superior - the strings don't break easily, the nose clip works, and it feels secure on my face.

I ordered both the surgical masks and the KN95 masks. The surgical masks are well made and fit well. They seem thicker than the other masks I have worn. The KN95 masks fit tight and are well made. I had a problem with shipping of one order but they made it right and that order arrived yesterday by UPS. Thank you for your service and help in keeoing us safe. I have an immune-compromised husband so thanks again.

Fast service & delivery. Wish you had more n95 in colors with ear loops

I ordered 20 N95 Adult Small Masks. I received 20 N95 Kids Small Masks. When I asked for what I ordered I was told that they were the same thing. That's ridiculous. The Kids Small Masks were tiny. Definitely made for small CHILDREN. I couldn't send the masks back because I opened the box. They wouldn't have accepted them back even if the box was still sealed. So, I spent $50 on 20 masks that don't fit me. It was Armbrust's error. I am very unhappy with this company. (I donated the masks to a local Elementary School.)

The mask quality seems good! But it's too big for my five year old boy. The mask keeps slipping down when he's talking or moving.

Ear loops are actually long enough for my husband. We also have the mask fitters that convert the mask from over the ear looping to behind the neck for even better comfort when wearing the masks for long periods.
