Fab products and customer service

The ordering is a simple process and I am updated when my order is shipped and on its way. Royal Mail lost my parcel on one occasion and the people at Ark were really helpful and resolved the issue promptly.

Great products on the expensive side but good sales so enables me to top up. However with so many facial products it always leaves me with “which one do I need the most” so I end up not buying the eye cream. :-( Good customer service & website with lots of information. Shame they stopped the lip cream!

I am of course still extremely disappointed that orders are not delivered to Northern Ireland. I have to order and have them re-directed to fulfil orders from my clients.

Ark is my favourite company when I ring up and order my products I speak to the ladies who are fantastic. I've have no problem with my order its always packed well so no leaks or damaged products. They have always arrived in the time stated and I can follow it to see where my parcel is all the time. If I have any questions I can always ring the ladies at Ark and ask any questions.
