Everything was good as far as the company goes. Shipping was great, the website is good. just disappointed with the product I received, so we will see how their customer service is.

First off the actual rose at the front kept falling off..battery doesn't hold up as long and I am not impressed with the vibration for that price I was expecting better. Got a bullet for 30 bucks works so much better.

Everything went smoothly and got my shipment without any issues. The vibrator I bought however was very under powered so it is not very useful at all. I would not recommend that product.
