Your product and support suck. I will never buy your product again. It was recommend by a digital currency influencer that I respect but I have found your product to be inferior to other cold wallets. Wouldnt work with an iPhone 15 pro max ????

I've tried several times to have someone call to explain how to transfer money into it from coinbase to no avail. They email you instructions and no one calls. with the instruction still haven't been able to transfer into the wallet. Very confusing to transfer. Terrible
