Ordered product November 7th, shipped November 8th. It is now November 23rd and I still do not have my item. Have been to the USPS because I have no data on where the item even is. . Reached out to artic air for more information, I was told should be moving soon.

First, I am a happy customer. Arctic supplies R32 in the 6. 6 lb canister which eliminated the need to invest in 20 lbs of refrigerant when I only needed 17 ozs. And while the shipment arrived, delivery took longer than first proposed and communication regarding the delay was nonexistent.

The ordering was very easy and so was checkout. But they shipped my order by US mail and I still have yet to receive my order. its going on 2 weeks and it was shipped from Texas to Arkansas.
