Fast shipping, accurate order.

Ordering was fine, but shipment seemed to have gotten lost and when I asked about it, I received a canned/AI response saying it hadn't been long enough to take action. I was only a few business days shy of the maximum amount of time so the fact that it hadn't been received by DHL was a red flag for me, but I had to wait to ask again until it had exceeded this timeframe for anyone to look into it. Once it was re-shipped, it came quickly, but I would have appreciated a human touch to this experience to recognize something was off well in advance of 2 weeks of waiting.

Liked the fit and texture, plan to get a couple of other colors soon!

I'm giving this a generous 4 stars because it did point me in a new direction with my belts. Pros: - A heavy elastic belt does reduce constant adjustments and problems with my micro adjustable leather belts. Cons: - I had to use pliers to pull the belt through the loop on my Leatherman Charge sheath. - While the best is technically micro adjustable, adjusting it is annoying and inconvenient, especially with a sheath attached that needs pliers to remove and replace. The good news is that trying this led me to realize that Mission Belts has a small selection of heavy elastic belts that are easy to adjust and don't require pliers. An extra negative to Arcade because after typing the initial parts of this review in the space provided in the email it took me to a web page where I had to reenter everything. No cookies for your UX people!

I enjoy the Arcade Belts, but I still find the buckles a bit clumsy for my 75 y. o. arthritic hands.

The momentum is very flexible. It moves when you move. I like it.

I've never had a belt like this. Not sure I like how it goes on (kind of clunky and slow compared to most belts) but once on it feels better than all other belts. So I guess the minute it takes to put on is nothing compared to the many hours of wearing it. I recommend Arcade belts.
