Shut service

What else can I say, a five star service.

Greater uk for your service

I am happy with the machine and was considering buying two more to gift to my family. However, I recently changed the filter, and now the machine has started to stop filtering, with both the red and blue lights on, even though the tap water is still full (see photo). I am wondering if there are any available troubleshooting steps and why the machine is behaving this way when it was functioning properly when I bought it five months ago.

It arrived

Great

Had to wait until August , for delivery, but I knew that when I ordered. I was kept up to date with delivery.

Great.

Great communication

Straight forward instructions for use.

The best water filter in the uk

As I said , a lot of water waste need to be improved

Great service, speedy shipping. Much appreciated!

Easy ordering and quick delivery

A little angry that someone tried to get my details by impersonating the courier and asking me to send delivery detail's. I ignored them and waited. The right courier sent delivery schedule to me. They were prompt and on time.

Would have been five stars if it weren’t for the EU power supply with UK adapter. Not great!

Great shipping and service
