Shipping was a problem. While the system didn’t update my new address for some reason I contacted UPS to change delivery. Turns out only the sender can make that request but support wouldn’t help me at all. Their solution was to go back to my old address to pick up the order!!!

I wanted the napa leather and was sent the suede, both are beautiful but the leather is more practical and i'm sorry i didn't get the right one. Still a beautiful boot.
