Having never ordered coral nor fish online before I had a wonderful experience with AquaGemCorals. com as the communication was great and I really felt as though I was being setup for success. As my order was placed during the winter months and the original shipping date was supposed to be warm enough for safety shipping the coral, but had changed to being extremely cold a few days prior to the shipping date and I was able to reschedule the shipment to a later date when the weather was going to be warmer with no problems.

Items I recieved were packaged well and look great

I would buy from them again! They were pretty quick to respond to my questions and the coral I received was very nice. Unfortunately the torch coral I ordered had a little bit of skeleton showing when it arrived and I don't think it's going to make it, but I suspect that was due to stress from shipping/colder weather. Pretty bummed about that one but I dont fault them for that. The other 4 I got were all very nice and are doing well! I would certainly order from them in the future!

Hello, I am very happy with the corals I received, however my delivery was delayed by a day and most parrished a day later . I didn’t escalate the situation as I took the initial chance of accumulating them upon reception in lieu of reporting which is totally on me.

Always a ok to do business with Aquagemcoral. Their merchandise is diverse and healthy and the prices are great, especially during their sales events. Coral arrived as scheduled and they are securely packaged and temperature controlled.
