The shipping time was as stated and Customer Service was within 24 hours. The only downfall would be they don’t have discounts or sales too often on their products, other than that they make great products. .

This was a satisfying purchase. The fit and finish is excellent. The action is perfect. This is a great knife with awesome scales. I did find that not one screw was more than hand tight. This was not a problem because I was replacing the lock cage anyway.

Cerakote surface treatment is a little fragile as it was damaged to bare aluminum while installing pivot screw on MSI.
