Perfect
So far im Happy, but the Thing that may stops me from buying are the high cost for shipping to Switzerland and that I may generally not want to by US products anymore. But the last point has nothing to do with the Company.
Shipping was fast to the EU.
This was my forst purchase from awp and everything went as expected no complaints.
great product
Received product way ahead of schedule, couldn't be happier! Showed up before Christmas and I get to carry my favorite knife again!
Quick and easy
Shipping was fast
Fit is perfect, nicely machined, excellent improvement in comfort, and timely shipping. Will buy from AWT again.
The fit and finish of these Agent Series scales are absolutely flawless, transforming the knife's ergonomics while providing a much sleeker profile. I was impressed by how straightforward the installation was; the clip-side liner delete fits perfectly and makes the knife feel much more balanced in the hand.
I like
Fast shipping. I will buy more
Great brand overall. Amazing quality scales for Demkos
AWT smacks it out of the park with every option they have. I cannot recommend them enough. If you are a knife lover and don’t know who they are you really should do yourself a favor and start.
The Bottom Line Applied Weapons Technology (AWT) has a reputation for fixing "ergonomic annoyances. " These Archon Series scales are intended to replace the stock rubberized scales on the Benchmade Freek. While that rubber grip is great in the hand, it makes the knife a nightmare to actually carry because of how much it snag on your pants. These aluminum scales aim to keep the ergonomics while finally making the knife pocket-friendly. • Materials: These are 6061-T6 aluminum. I went with the Blue Anodized finish, and out of the box, the color is deep and consistent. Unlike the stock rubber, this finish is smooth enough to slide in and out of a pocket while still feeling incredibly premium. • Ergonomics & Fit: This is the Archon Series, which features a specific contoured milling pattern. I wear a Medium/Large glove, and the Freek is already one of my favorite handle shapes. These scales maintain that "palm-swell" but eliminate the "mushy" feel of the rubberized inserts. • The Problem Solver: My main issue with the stock Freek isn't that it's "plastic"—I actually don't mind plastic handles. The reason I don’t carry my Freek is because it’s hard to get in and out of my pants. The rubber is fine in the hand, but it creates too much friction for a smooth draw. These AWT scales should solve that problem instantly. • The Backspacer: I picked up the matching backspacer as well. It rounds out the look and adds a level of rigidity that the stock nested liners and standoffs just can’t match. • Fit & Finish: I haven’t installed these yet, but the initial inspection is very positive. The machining is clean with no burrs or sharp edges. The threads on the backspacer look well-tapped, but I won't know for sure how seamless the install is until I actually sit down at the bench. • Origin: Made in the USA. AWT is the gold standard for aftermarket Benchmade upgrades. • The X-Factor: The blue anodizing is stunning. It transforms the Freek from a "drab work tool" into a high-end, ...
Good jon
The fit and precision of these scales is spot on. Makes spotting a counterfeit Benchmade pretty easy. AWT never disappoints!!
Great! Ordered from germany and the delivery took only 10 days! Service was great, will buy again!
I bought three sets of blemished scales, and I won't hesitate to buy more in the future. AWT's products are legit. Tight machining tolerances, very stringent quality control, prompt shipping, well packaged. These scales are game changers for plastic knives like the Benchmade bug out, bailout, etc
im a repeat customer and i will continue to buy my scales from these guys,
