Disappointed in return/exchange policy.

I had this jacket in a size large not realizing it runs large. I finally gave the jacket to my friend who loves it too and ordered a size small. It is fitted just the way I wanted it. It shrinks as expected in the washer and dryer but stretches nicely when you put it on because the material is like a sweatshirt. As comfortable as a sweatshirt and it has pockets!
