Product arrived on time and well packaged. My only issue is it took some work to get the pump to work. Didn't just simply twist and ready to use.

I always get my order in a few days. It can take a bit but it always eventually comes.

Love this product

The pump top did not release when I turned it as directed. I had to pry off top to get to the lotion. I am sure it will dry up now that it is not air tight. Once it was pryed off I could not secure it tightly and therfore could not ship back to return.
