The metal frame for our pop up display was broken during put-away and we needed to order a replacement. The original was purchased a few years ago and the staff was no longer with the company. We had no idea the specifics on what was purchased. After locating the original payment documentation, I contacted your company with only an order/invoice number and date. I received prompt reply and the individual could tell me exactly what we ordered and also provided the hardware only information on what to order for replacement. I must admit some people here were concerned but, there was no need. What we received is exactly what we needed and it fits perfectly. PLUS, the new soft bag used to store and transport, along with the rolling frame, is such an improvement. We love it! And most important all of the communication back and forth was prompt and professional. Your organization is clearly customer driven. Thank you!!!

Everything went great and the booth looks good. Like the the customer service. My only issue is that the seams from the sewing had a few puckers or wrinkles and that could have been done better. Other wise great experience.
