I received my first pair of this style shoe from Apex in August of 2025 from The Hanger Clinic. I thought they fit so well, and were so comfortable that I bough a second pare with my own money. They only last me about 6 months, as I am diabetic and I walk at least 5. 5 mile every morning for my exercise! Thank You For The Great Shoes, and hope you keep making the double velcro straps.

These shoes are completely uncomfortable. My podiatrist said they were the best after my heel spur surgery, but they are down right uncomfortable. Plus the first time I ordered the wrong size, Apex won’t do exchanges only returns…ridiculous!

The shoe I purchased did not fit my foot correctly. I asked to return the shoe on 2-29-26, 2 days after I received the shipment. I have not heard back from anyone at your company and I am very disappointed in your lack of service.
