Due to other commitments, I have yet to use this item, however fitting it to my unit presented no problems. I look forward to it's first outing.

i needed a replacement part for my Buddy Commando and this was dealt with swiftly and brilliantly. Sadly I believe there is a fault with the design of their Travel BCD and they are ignoring this issue and don't seem to accept there is anything wrong ! They also promised to send a spare part for this BCD and it has never arrived!That is very poor

AP Diving provide a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. Always available on the phone or by email I always receive quick and accurate responses to my queries. And when they say they'll do something they actually do it AND keep you informed at the same time which is all you ask when spending considerable sums of money on dive kit!

I thought the service I was given was excellent. I ordered the medium commando using your size guide and it arrived well packaged within a few days. I could track the parcel which was useful. My size is at the top end of medium and when I tried it on I was slightly concerned that it was too small. My present BCD is much too big. I contacted Alison Clarke at AP and she was fantastic. Having sent her pictures of me with the BCD on she suggested I should try the large just to be sure. She sent it straight away and once again it arrived within a few days. I again sent Alison pictures of me in the BCD and she agreed it was way too big, so I kept the medium. She arranged for the large to be collected which it was on the day without any problems. A great service. My only criticism is of the pictures in the size guide. They suggest a range of distance between the pockets at the front of the BCD which I do not think is realistic. When I measured the distance between the pockets both the medium and large fell outside the range in the photograph. Medium was too wide and the large was too narrow. Given that AP isn’t sold in many shops I think the size guide needs more and better photographs using real people. Perhaps a video would be better.

i was rather disappointed with my purchase - the product was fine, but the day after I put the order in (and 2 days before it arrived in the post) the price was significantly reduced by about 15% - given that I have spent several thousand pounds with AP over the years (I have a rebreather), I felt somewhat short changed.

Excellent service, from ordering to it arrival, it was only a matter of days. My only disappointment was that i could not support my local dive store in purchasing these items.

in my experience AP Divings staff are always professional and extremely helpful. I am made to feel that they care about my order or issue and have always been very satisfied with the end product. Quality doesn't come cheap but after sales appears as important as the sale so keep up the good work as far as I'm concerned.
