product is great !!! Customer service is the worst!! Can't get thru to a live person for needd info, Website is not customer friendly

We are enjoying our pergola, great buy. Was delivered in a timely manner. Good experience.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our purchase. Shipping was timely and all the boxes arrived undamaged. Upon opening the boxes we discovered that all the the wood pieces were stamped with corresponding numbers to make it easier to sort and then assemble the pavilion. The metal portion of the pavilion had stickers to correspond which piece was which. It took two of us a day to complete and we were pleased with the outcome. The pavilion is sturdy and looks very nice. Especially compared to other pavilions made with similar materials which were quite a bit more expensive.

Product never showed up. Customer service was not helpful in resolving the issue.

The entire process from ordering and delivery were great. One very little kick up as one box was delayed one day and customer service had an answer for me within the hour. Great job

10/10. Product was shipped incredibly well, all arrived intact without any issues we love the quality and can’t wait to use it more. !! It looks great too.

This pergola is AWESOME- very modern and high quality for the price. Color is sharp, curtains are high quality and also good color. Opening and closing the roof louvers is very easy and all the louvers move easily and in sync. Highly recommend!!!
