I am giving this a five because I love the products. However, this last order took some time to get to me with very little follow up from customer service. After I placed my order, I did not get a confirmation with tracking information so I emailed the company. I did get a quick response and was told that it would take seven business days to receive the order. Still didn’t get a tracking number. I finally received it within 11 business days and finally got the tracking number the day I received it. I did place the order on November 29 so I’m blaming it on holiday rush. I would not let this one experience deter me from ever ordering again because their products are top-notch.

This little Acrylic & gold tray with the Hand Wash and Moisturizer is so elegant. I put it in the guest bathroom and all my guests ask where I got it. Several of my girlfriends even took pictures of it and asked for the link!
