The last order I received, I had a very difficult time getting the corks out of the diffuser bottles. Ultimately the cork parts fell into the liquid. Is there a solution for this?

so I have ordered two different orders within both orders. Your products have leaked the first one was bad and replaced it, but within the second one this leaked also but not as bad, but still volume was lost. You need to rectify this.

packaging sucks. . . can't open cork. . it breaks into the liquid . . . never ordering again. . I came back to try again and it still sucks
