I recently had a young Ukrainian lad service the machine. I forget his name and he did a good job but wasn’t the most personable individual.

I contacted the office for service and confirmed a site visit. The cost of the visit was not disclosed prior to arrival and far exceeded my expectation. When I inquired about this with Tony, he was extremely rude and did not seem to value or respect me as a customer. We did pay our invoice and have no intention of ever returning for further service.
