My belt buckle broke, so i got on the web sight to order another one, because I really like the belt. When I pulled up the sight I saw there was a lifetime warranty. It was Saturday afternoon and I sent an email. To my surprise I had a reply that afternoon. I was sent instructions on what to do. I did as told and had a new buckle in a short time. Customer service extraordinaire. Will probably own only Anson belts and buckles from now on.

Received my order quickly. I have purchased from Ansonbelt before and their packaging is top notch. My belts have lasted well over a year. Only suggestion I would make is when you cut your belt to size, make sure you leave a good amount of slack. One of my canvas belts had to be replaced when I gained some weight and became too short. The canvas belt was my favorite and if you switch the buckle a lot on the canvas belt, it can unravel at the end you clip it too, so having slack will help there also.

I really like the belt. I do find it difficult, though to work the latch on the buckle in order to unfasten the belt. It gets easier with time and practice. I would recommend this product if asked.

I purchased the 3 belt and 2 buckle combo from Anson Belt & Buckle. I’d heard of them from a friend who swore by them, so I decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I did. The selection process was smooth, sleek, simple. There are lots of options to choose from, but the organized design of the website made what would seem to be a daunting task quite enjoyable. The delivery was completed well before the standard shipping timeframes, the presentation of the package was beautiful, and the quality of the product was and still is stellar. I haven’t needed to contact Anson Belt & Buckle for service, which for me is a major plus. At first I was a bit skeptical about purchasing a $100 belt & buckle combo, but the truth is I’ve spent more than that so far needing to replace traditional belts with holes as they wear down and deteriorate, and I’m only 24. These belts correct that flawed design that forces people to replace belts over time, and instead gives the consumer a choice to replace them out of want rather than need. I see Anson Belt & Buckle as an investment that will save thousands of dollars over the course of my life, and that’s A-okay with me.
