I didn't get the right barrel tip color I ordered! Even though the check list on the order invoice was marked blue but I still got a red one instead? Still happy though!

Returning after about 7 years of not playing. I did a lot of researching on markers that I thought would fit my needs while also future proofing for the next few years of play; which is why I landed on the Etha. It’ll do more than enough to get the job done on the field and if things need replacing I feel PE will be able to provide. Something I miss about buying markers today is the lack of a quality case. I had a previous iteration of The Etha from several years ago that came in a solid hard case, the one here came in a cardboard box essentially. For an extra bit, I went out and purchased the HK exo case and it fits more than enough. Payment and delivery were very simple. Purchased several times from ANS and never had a bad experience. Will continue to shop.

Yeah, well. It would have been nice to receive the right product but I didn't. I ordered olive but got lime. And then, apparently, ANS required my RMA merchandise to be returned before they sent my correct merchandise. So, in essence, I was forced to wait because of their mistake. I ordinarily love ANS but their return process for something they messed up makes no sense.
