Okay because I got refunded- but item didn’t work

The purchase and shipping were absolutely trouble free. Couldn't fault the sales service. Very discreet packaging. However, the actual box itself could do with removing the picture, especially as we have to recycle all our cardboard and things do get "noticed" !!! Sadly I'm disappointed with the actual product.
