everything was ok dealing with Annie, but the brush is not what I thought it was.

I purchased several packs of these rollers years ago, and today I decided to use them in my opinion after experiencing my grandmothers from the 80s these are shame, the plastic is not flexible and durable , as you roll the hair onto the roller, they "snap" you have to constantly redo the roll/curl. so, I would like to know if you would consider a redesign or add back what was removed, so that you can roll the hair onto the roller without it snaping apart.

This is not what I wanted and you’re telling me I can’t return. Total waste of money

I ordered 3 Durags made especially for locs and they sent me regular durags that don’t protect the locs. Then refused to refund, replace or exchange the items so I’ve spent $15 on something I can’t use with no recourse to recoup my losses for something that I had no control over.

I love the curlers (although I mistakenly ordered too many plum size instead of the purple size. ) Bought some dippity-do, used it with the curlers and voila…it is 1965 again! I’ll need to return the plum and purchase the purple.

First of all I reached out weeks ago in regards to making an exchange, or replacement for hair rollers that are not for natural black hair. The website is unclear the advertising deplay were Only to finally be told to return them unopened then I would be refunded. That would be impossible since I tried to use them. As I explained in my text. That doesn't make sense! Secondly, the hair dryer just kept turning off, automatically after 20 minutes, then after every 15 this week. While I was trying to dry my hair. I would never, never have purchased this hair dryer had I known this in advance. It was frustrating because my hair didn't dry in some areas. It's unless to me. I am requesting again. . that you. Annie make this right. How can I return this dryer and get my money back! One star is for the quick delivery! Alice D White

Using the comb attachment the dryer burned off my client’s hair when the fire sparked. The dryer is also very weak
