I purchased 8 packs of the Annie Cold Wave Rods Long 12Ct. As I began to complete the first portion of my hair, the white ends of the rods kept popping off. Initially, I thought it was a faulty pack, so I moved onto a second pack. I encountered the same issue with the second pack. I have included a picture of some of the faulty rods to this review. At this time, I am still waiting for a response to the refund request that I have emailed to Annie International.

Order was rushed and well packaged despite not being complete. No response after multiple attempts to communicate the issue.

I needed to replace a comb- due to missing teeth on my old one. I thought I had found a replacement on the Annie International website- due to it being similar in appearance. After ordering, the comb that I received was completely different. I’m not upset- just disappointed. Not so much about the comb- but, that I paid an additional $5 in shipping for a $8 comb, and it turned out not to be what I was expecting.
