I use Annanda Chaga products daily. I use the Chaga tea in my coffee, ground to a powder, and the Lions Mane and Turkey Tail tinctures. I think I am better for it, but who can really tell with supplements. What I can say is my coffee is delicious with the Chaga. It has a richer, kind of earthy flavour, and less bitterness.
