I love that more products are available lately so that I do not have to go in person to a retailer to get my favourite products. Packages always arrive well packaged and in good condition within a reasonable time.

The shipping was really quick even though I don't necessarily mind if it takes longer, especially in these uncertain times. The website needs some improvement because for example, when I clicked on the tab that's called foundations, nothing came up. If I wanted to look at the foundations, I had to go under the what's new tab, which I thought was strange. Other than that, I had a pleasant experience.

I just loved the service. I loved everything I ordered and can't wait for my next package
