This tea always, relaxes me before sleep and is such a treat to drink while reading before I slumber. My dreams are also vivid and I feel closer to the divine each night I drink this. Well worth the investment for an all in one sleep aid/lucid dreaming tea.

If you're reading this, you've probably been researching (ceremonial) cacao based on its health benefits. This is one of the best products on the market. The scent upon opening the bag makes you want to drink it immediately. Admittedly, the flavor is not quite as strong as the scent (being pure cacao without added sugar, sweeteners or flavoring), but it's still delicious and rich. I usually have it with hot water and honey, sometimes with coconut milk. Pure agave syrup makes it even richer. If you're on the fence, just give it a try. It's worth it.
