Great for shredding down that actually works I tried fat burners from gnc and they didn’t work even with proper nutrition, rest, working out I took it twice a day 3 weeks on 1 week cycle off Best money spent, worth every penny!!!! You feel no jitters compared to fat burners , you do need to be drinking plenty of water , I felt a difference with my digestion, fat loss just in 3 weeks something I couldn’t do in a longer period of time with zero junk food
