Emma Ann is a fantastic customer service rep. When I was first ordering, I was a little weary because of some mixed reviews about customer service, but Emma's responses have been very timely and have addressed my issues.

I love both the product and AL's customer service! I've used the product for approximately a month now and had already started seeing positive lift and contour around my mouth between 2nd & 3rd week. I use it every evening (after brushing my teeth) and while reading for 15-30 minutes, before laying the lifts onto the bedside table and going to sleep. Truly easy, comfortable & works!!

I have not received the product so I cannot do a review on the results at this moment. I don't write a lot of reviews.
