I ordered a dress for my 50th birthday and it arrived quickly. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the dress but customer service handled it without any further issues. I have definitely become a returning customer.

Shipping was later than I thought, but once I sent an email to support, the dress was pushed out and I received it before my event.
