I’ll admit I was highly skeptical at first about making such an important purchase online. However, any doubts completely disappeared the moment the ring arrived. It looks absolutely stunning in person. The entire process was incredibly simple, easy, and seamless from start to finish. I loved the exceptional customer service; they paid close attention to detail and followed all of my specific instructions perfectly. Took a little while for someone to answer but they did and were friendly as well. To top it all off, the ring was delivered right on time before the big day. It did take 3 days for wire transfer to be completed. Which was a bit stressful concerned i wouldn't get the ring on time. So i kept calling to double check. After all SHE SAID YESSSSS! Glad it all went smooth, and i do appreciate the updates that they provide as well
