Poor customer service.

My products have all arrived timely. My first order was delivered while it was raining and the thoughtful delivery driver actually placed a plastic sheet on the ground to protect the product. Everything is packaged with care and this adds to the overall value and experience. The products offered are very much needed in the rabbit community so I wish the company the best success.

Love the feeder boxes for our guinea pigs!

My rabbit wouldn't touch it. It was packed very tightly. When I took it out.of the box, most of the hay was in tiny pieces. Maybe good for a guinea pig or smaller pet.

Pellets are really good for bedding

I love the product, however the online stuff do need some work. Sometimes I'll have a shipment coming but my account doesn't show it.

I've not spoken with customer service so I can't say on that but I love having the option to ship via Amazon at no additional cost.
