The point redemption structure is lousy. Purchase must exceed $100 before points can be used or redeemed. And worst thing is one must accumulate 1000 points before the points can be used. Why can't the system allow redemption whatever points the customers have accumulated because every single dollar is what they spent and this encourages customers to return for more purchase.
