Absolutely love this product! I had an issue with the product, contacted customer service, they acknowledged the formula was changed (then changed back due to customer concerns) and they sent me a free replacement with the lastest formula! In this day and age that kind of customer care is unheard of! Thank you so much for your great care!!

Andalou has great staff and items. I have never had a problem with either one. Andalou is my choice.

Everything about the service and shipment was great. However, the products did not work for me because it caused me to break out. I wish you would make your products without products that are known to clogged pores, such as Shea butter.

Great products

I have been using these products for over a year now, and I am so happy I found Andalou Naturals. I was searching for natural products, like lotion and shampoo/conditioner, and when I came across the roses line I absolutely had to try it. I don’t want to use anything else :) I love the smell, though it could have a little more rose smell to it, but it’s still delicious and I love the consistency. Perfect

I like that it is SPF 30, but compared to old version - does not have the wonderfully light rose smell to it and, it is more a liquid than a cream. Wish you could go back to the old formula. Thanks.

I like the product, so far. Only been using it one month. Have problems with the dropper. Inconsistent delivery. Sometimes nothing comes out, and I have to open the bottle and shake the serum out....very imprecise.
