I hadn’t seen one of y’all ads in over a year and I went to find your website to order bc it had been a while and your butters just last better and longer. I never received my package. It was never sent or delivered. I've emailed multiple times and have gotten no response. As a repeat customer over the years I have never had a problem, but my last two orders have either never been received or had items missing. Sadly even thou the products are good I'll have to order somewhere else because horrible of customer service. I want what I paid for in a timely manner! I mean I have gotten nothing saying it was in the way, being delayed, or anything. Last message I received was almost three weeks ago from the postal service saying they were awaiting my items but that was the last of it. Please send my items or just refund my money.
