I had low expectations before I started taking Collagen, as I have tried many supplements over the years based on recommendations and have never really noticed any benefit myself - so I was not prepared for the significant improvement in skin hydration (something I am very aware of as I have had atopic Eczema all my life), nail strength and reduction in joint aches. I work out twice a week and play golf had been feeling all of my 47 years over the last few months but the Collagen seems to have reduced that to a negligible feeling. I also have noticed huge improvements in my general mood and energy levels. I started to wonder if it should be reclassified as a performance enhancing drug! Anyway - that’s me sold - I will be taking this from now on and recommending to any friends to do the same. Amazing.
