I recently ordered some skull models for an international neurosurgery training course. The company efficiently packaged one model and sent it to me for assessment. I found the models very lifelike and ordered 35. Within 3 days of ordering, the models arrived at my office. This entire process was easy, fast and accurate. Communication by email was excellent. nares are too small on face model

We ordered a piece that was on backorder. It took a few months before we were able to receive it. I wish this was communicated at the time of purchase. Regardless, customer service was quick in keeping us informed when asked for updates.
